Super Dodgeball Brawlers for the DS.

I'm not entirely sure if this is good news or just more shovelware for the DS, but here's a quote from an email I recieved this morning.

Aksys Games, a publisher of interactive entertainment software, is pleased to announce Super Dodgeball Brawlers for Nintendo DS™ hits retailers nationwide! Based on the classic Super Dodgeball released on the NES®, Super Dodgeball Brawlers revitalizes the furious competition of the old-school dodgeball game while bringing a whole new arsenal to dominate the playground.

"Super Dodgeball Brawlers is a really great mix of classic Kunio series beat 'em up and dodgeball all rolled into one", states Bo deWindt, Project Lead, Aksys Games. "Long time fans and newcomers alike should be very pleased with this latest incarnation."

It sounds like a pretty cool concept. I never played the original, but I think I might be able to get into this. I'll go check out the original on my PSP in a little while and let you know what I think. For a complete list of features and the rest of the email, click the more link below.

Weekly Releases (1/7)
Hi folks, after a two-week hiatus I have returned. Why the hiatus? Well, nothing was coming out anyway. And it's practically the same story this week. Just 3 titles this time: Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law is the sole release for the PSP, while the DS gets Jackass: The Game and Brain Challenge.

Weekly Releases (11/5)
Hi folks, Wolfdogg again. And this week, we're back to basics: another week mostly filled with dreck, and only a few things that are worth mentioning. We've got Silent Hill: Origins and SOCOM US Navy Seals Tactical Strike on the PSP, while the DS gets Panzer Tactics, the rhythm game Ontamarama, the long-awaited Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker and Call of Duty 4. Weekly Releases (10/29)
Hi folks, Wolfdogg again, with this week's releases. Last week definitely spoiled me, because there are only three games worth mentioning: Manhunt 2 and the long-awaited (or so Blood tells me) Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness on the PSP, while the DS has The Simpsons Game. Everything else really isn't worth anyone's time...but if you're curious, you can click the header.
